Scott's group on their planet Astrella was interesting because the planet had different zones for seasons like winter, summer, spring, fall and then the center was neutral.
i think that the first presentation was good and interesting but they had to many people talking at once which made it extremely confusing but i thought it was good and i like the idea of 4 sections with different weather patterns
Scott Stewart's group- It was a very thought out project, the creatures were all good ideas. I liked the four seasons zones. So is the planet only inhabited by the manbearpig and the bearodactyl? Who's winning the war between the manbearpig and the bearodactyl?
I like how the central part of the planet is neutral. The planet didn't rotate around the sun, which was very interesting. Scott's man bear pig was a bit questionable but overall very entertaining.
scott, mitch, brian, kevin. a lot of excitement and liked how you argued like people telling a story like tourists. really funny and creative. cool vacation.
I thought it was a very creative and loved the ideas shared. Some ideas I thought interesting that summer and winter was separated by a border so you could live in both seasons.
on the second group i liked the actual visual of the planet i think the moons would crash into the planets by the descriptions but other than that it was very similar to earth so it was pretty original
The diagram representing the planet was very well done. Other inhabitants on the planet's way of life seemed primitive but awesome! No fire on the planet was interesting, the group explained how the inhabitants survived by using only the suns heat well.
The second group i liked that you had a physical 'map'. The four moons are a little confusing, if two are traveling horizontally and two vertically would they collided? The dragon snake it eats things or does it get eaten or both?
mahaver- very earth like, religion system cool. i like how you mixed different animals together to make something new. i also liked the model you made and it had cool little animals on it.
I enjoyed hearing about the cardasions who were like ancient humans. I think it would be interesting looking at and studying primal humans to see how they acted.
rotatan- interesting how one organism covers the entire planet. its also cool how the organism has wheels as well as its method of feeding. the water based organism is unique as well.
I liked the planet Rotatan's organisms were cool because of the way they traveled with wheels and propellers. I liked how much info there was about them as well.
Duncan so your grass is carnivorous, or your organisms are? The pictures that you had were quite good. I liked that you had a lot of info on your creations.
I think it is really cool how this planet has 7 moons. I think that the animal lifeforms are also cool. I think it is interesting how the animals resemble animals on Earth.
Planet K: I like how their mission seemed realistic, and I could very easily see the creatures in my head as it went. Also, if it was supposed to be a peaceful mission? Why were you taking grenades? Otherwise good job, it kept me entertained.
- Courtney reed's comment Om- Top Planet Story: - it seemed loosely put together. the story was rushed and had no detail. the guy talking needs to breath when talking, nothing is more annoying then stuttering and rushing to get through a project.
Om-Top- I definitely think this was one of my favorites. The military mission was intense, and I like how their creatures were very science fiction-ish. The ending was the best part though.
Om-top The story was great I found it interesting that the flowers can kill you. I liked this because if we ever go to a alien world we might have to go against all of our human nature.
I think that the Lorath is really interesting. The Fyth is also cool. I think it is cool how the glowing mushrooms are poisonous. Very good presentation.
dantui good job with the drawing of the map. also good job coming up with the namee and characteristics and life forms they were all very interesting it kept my interest the whole time
Dantui- I like the idea of the planet, and how for a change human life might not be able to exist on it. It is a change to all the other projects I have seen, and I liked it a lot.
I thought it was interesting how the gravity was in relation to the size and how it compared to Earth. I also thought it was interesting how the pygmies gang up on the larger animals.
I think it is really cool how the water looks like a rainbow because of the way the sun reflects on the water. I like the life forms. Good presentation.
Ceruleon- I like the rainbow water. That's not something you hear about every day in Science fiction. Also, the Pigmies are so cute! I have that game. I love it. Nice project, over all.
Courtney Reed's comment: Ceruleon- i love the rainbow water and oceans! thats so cool! i wish we had rainbow oceans! i like the over all idea of the planet! the creature human things where a funny concept
Okeanos Zeta, I thought you had a great presentation, and the vegetation seemed really imaginative. And it was really intriguing how thew was a thing that could swim 200 miles an hour. And nice demon. I would however burn my draft card.
okeate zeta patick audry and the rest of group i thought you guys did a good job coming up with the ideas for uour alien planet project the whole presentation kept me interesting because you all did a good job presenting it
Astrella- cool that the grass had uranium in it. its also cool that there are different zones for each of the seasons.

ReplyDeleteGreat Project but there needs to be less laughing and screwing around so that the information can be more clear
ReplyDeleteBrian, Mitch, Scott, I like the idea of the boy cub piglet being initiated into a man bear pig.
ReplyDeleteAstrella- very similar to Earth season and geography wise. interesting animals. The beardactiles are mean! Quite a unique planet!!
ReplyDeleteAstrella-
ReplyDeleteI like how the central part of the planet is neutral. The planet didn't rotate around the sun, which was very interesting. Scott's man bear pig was a bit questionable but overall very entertaining.

ReplyDeleteI thought it was a very creative and loved the ideas shared. Some ideas I thought interesting that summer and winter was separated by a border so you could live in both seasons.
The planet Mahabir was interesting because it had 4 different moons revolving around it. 2 of them revolving vertically and 2 of them horizontally.
ReplyDeleteon the second group i liked the actual visual of the planet i think the moons would crash into the planets by the descriptions but other than that it was very similar to earth so it was pretty original
ReplyDeleteMahavir-
ReplyDeleteThe diagram representing the planet was very well done. Other inhabitants on the planet's way of life seemed primitive but awesome! No fire on the planet was interesting, the group explained how the inhabitants survived by using only the suns heat well.
Mahavir, I like the model of the planet and the idea of the cavemen who haven't discovered anything yet.
ReplyDeleteThe second group i liked that you had a physical 'map'. The four moons are a little confusing, if two are traveling horizontally and two vertically would they collided? The dragon snake it eats things or does it get eaten or both?
ReplyDeleteMahaviere- the geography was the same as earth pretty much, but the visuals and ideas of the life forms were good and unique.
ReplyDeletemahaver- very earth like, religion system cool. i like how you mixed different animals together to make something new. i also liked the model you made and it had cool little animals on it.
ReplyDeleteMajavire
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed hearing about the cardasions who were like ancient humans. I think it would be interesting looking at and studying primal humans to see how they acted.

ReplyDeleterotatan- interesting how one organism covers the entire planet. its also cool how the organism has wheels as well as its method of feeding. the water based organism is unique as well.
ReplyDeleteI liked the planet Rotatan's organisms were cool because of the way they traveled with wheels and propellers. I liked how much info there was about them as well.
ReplyDeleteRotatan- the rotages-aquas seemed really smart, and the rotages-caverous (grass) seemed like it would be dangerous... good job.
ReplyDeleteRotatan-
ReplyDeleteThe central plant like organism that covered the entire continent was very interesting.
I like how every animal was rotary oriented.
rotagis- cool pictures. i like the detail on the animals, very detailed. eating the camera was funny.killer grass reminds me of avatar but better.
ReplyDeleteDuncan so your grass is carnivorous, or your organisms are? The pictures that you had were quite good. I liked that you had a lot of info on your creations.
ReplyDeleteDuncan, I like the idea of the Rotages-Helos eating the camera so there were so pictures of it and the organisms being born with wheels.
ReplyDeleteRotanta
ReplyDeleteI liked the idea that all the animals were mechanically built and the grass ate the animals.
Duncan

AJ
ReplyDeletei thought it was interesting how you put your project together as a brief for a mission to the planet
Planet K
ReplyDeleteI thought that your planet but i thought that your presentation could have been a little better.
Planet K- interesting alien life forms. What do your aliens eat?
ReplyDeleteplanet k
ReplyDeletei thought it was a really interesting planet. how did you guys plan to get around the 2.5 gravity?
Planet K-
